For a program of the State electrification
The presented article was published in No 5 Electrotechnics Review of 1937 and at the same time in a special brochure being an off-print of the mentioned article. It contains the characteristic of the Polish electrification policy in the 1930s, mentions possible threats to it, describes the policy accomplishment conception, defines the State part, participation of local governments as well as the private capital role and share in the electrification. Amazing is how timely the presented solutions are.
