Utilisation of Used out Ceramic Insulators
Energetyka 2002, No. 4, p. 241, 4 figs, 4 tab., 7 refs
Conducted experiments proved, that introduction of the ceramic dust achieved from used out insulators into a flame can be very effective and environmental friendly method of utilisation of that kind of wastes. The best solution is use of that manner in the process of clinker roasting; the dust of ground insulators can be mixed with a coal delivered to the burner or can be blasted into the high temperature zone of the flame. As an effect of implementation of proposed method is an utilisation of wastes from ceramic materials and lowering NOx emission within flue gases leaving a rotary furnace.
